I appreciate very much the friendly, courteous staff in the rental office and maintenance. Maintenance staff have responded promptly to fix maintenance problems within the apartment.

It is like a breath of fresh air.

Maintenance has been very responsive to requests. Fitness center lighting problem was corrected expeditiously. Front entrance gate has been pinned open, which now facilitates prompt, unhampered access to the complex. Overgrown ornamental grass, which had posed a major traffic hazard has been trimmed down. Contractors are repairing, cleaning and repainting exterior trim and siding, which had grown moldy, mildewy and rotten over at least the past two years. This place is looking sharp again!

It's a great experience living at Kilburn. Nice neighbors.

I tell them that I love it here. I have plenty of space and it's a pretty quiet environment. It's safe. Kera and Joi are very friendly, personable, and professional. My kitchen is spacious with a lot storage. Plenty of amenities. Again, I love it. So far so good.

The layout and location.

The overall quiteness is a great plus. I love the design of the apartment. Its different and has more room.

I like living here. My apartment is Great and Ms. Joy at the front office is absolutely FANTASTIC to work with!
